1. Introduction of Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester(EFAME):
Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester(EFAME),directly made from natural plant oil through etherification and epoxidation, is a kind of environmental epoxy plasticizer. It has very good process ability to PVC products with low cost, and it can partial or even totally replace phthalate plasticizer for PVC products.
EFAME has the same plasticizing effect as DOP, its resistance of heat and volatility is better than DBP. And other performances are better than common secondary plasticizer too, such as cold tolerance, exudation, ultraviolet resistance, electrical property, etc.

3.Application of Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester(EFAME):
EFAME can efficiently substitute DOP and DBP in production of PVC products, and contributes 20~30 .
portion quantity of the plasticizers in total. Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester has higher flash point and high
epoxy value, mainly use for high-end PVC soft products, such as foaming PVC leather,
garment leather electric ,wire,cable, etc.
