Applications of 2-Butanone:
1. used as cellulose acetate, acrylic resin, alkyd resin, paint, ink solvent, dye binder, lubricating oil dewaxing agent,
curing accelerator, etc
2. Used as reagents for the determination of cadmium, copper and mercury, as a standard substance for chromatographic
analysis and as a solvent for semiconductor lithography
3. According to GB 2760 -- 96, edible spices are allowed. Such as, make cheese, coffee and banana flavors.
4. Butanone is the raw material for the preparation of acaricide pyrimite.
5. As the organic synthesis of raw materials, can be used as a solvent. can used in pharmaceutical, coatings, dyes,
detergents, spices,oil refining industry and electronics industries.
