Since the use of this product in a high proportion of PVC processing will cause the phenomenon of "zinc burning", some auxiliary stabilizers should be added to the compound formula.
For general PVC formulations, it is advisable to use low zinc and heat stabilizers.
Zinc stearate affects the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent. The decomposition temperature of pure AC foaming agent is 211℃. When zinc stearate is added, the decomposition temperature drops to 170℃. Attention should be paid to it when using it.
This product has strong hygroscopicity, so pay attention to moisture-proof during storage, transportation and use.
