The decomposition temperature of pure AC foaming agent is 211 °C, and the decomposition temperature of adding calcium stearate is reduced to 162 °C. When using, pay attention to appropriately increase the amount of stabilizer added.
Calcium stearate has strong water absorption, so special attention should be paid during transportation, storage and use. When the moisture exceeds the standard, it can be dehydrated and dried at 120-140 ℃, without affecting the use effect, otherwise it will adversely affect the quality of plastic products.
