The production method of anhydrous sodium acetate: it is formed by the double decomposition reaction of calcium acetate and soda ash. The reaction solution is concentrated, decolorized by activated carbon, cooled and crystallized, and centrifuged to obtain the finished product. When obtaining anhydrous sodium acetate, the crystalline sodium acetate is remelted and vacuum suction filtered, the mother liquor crystals are cooled in stainless steel, centrifuged, suction filtered, and dried, and the crystals are dehydrated by electric heating, and dried to obtain anhydrous products.
