How does PAC treat industrial waste water of semiconductor?
Everyone knows that polyaluminium chloride is used to purify sewage, so can polyaluminium chloride treat wastewater generated by the electronic semiconductor industry? How does it treat wastewater generated by the electronic semiconductor industry? The following is a detailed introduction for everyone. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
The wastewater produced by polysilicon and monocrystalline silicon belongs to the wastewater produced by the electronic semiconductor industry. The amount of wastewater generated during the production and grinding of polysilicon is large, and the toxic metal ions and fluorine discharged by traditional methods are not disorderly, causing serious pollution of water resources and environment. In this case, we often use polyaluminium chloride to treat this wastewater.
Polyaluminium chloride is slowly added to the stirring tank of polyaluminium chloride dissolved in the volume of circulating water, and the mixture is continuously stirred to form a 5% polyaluminium chloride solution, and the liquid discharge valve is opened to chlorinate the prepared polymer. The aluminium solution enters the solution tank for use in the treatment system, and a set of two sets of solution tanks are used for one set.
The process uses a tubular micro-vortex mixer as a mixing device. Polyaluminium chloride solution is added before the delivery pump and PAM solution is added after the delivery pump. Turbulent micro-vortex and centrifugal inertia effects are used to achieve hydrolysis products in the wastewater. The complete diffusion of the colloidal particles formed in the wastewater achieves better stability. The dosage is adjusted according to the effluent quality of the sewage flocculation sedimentation system. Usually, 5-10L of PAC solution is added per cubic meter.
