Device of TCCA Granular started successfully
During the National Day, SINOWIN Chemical Co., Ltd. Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA) production and quality improvement series of technical renovation projects, new material projects (300,000 tons/year) and supporting equipment started successfully at one time, and produced TCCA particles on October 3rd. Premium product. At present, the equipment has good performance and stable operation of various process indicators. The smooth commissioning of the two projects has laid a solid foundation for SINOWIN to expand new chemical materials and deploy new energy-related products.
The TCCA pellet project (300,000 tons/year) is the first project of SINOWIN to deploy new materials. It is also the optimized project of new and old kinetic energy conversion in Henan Province and a key project in the province in 2020, with a total investment of 4.98 billion yuan. At present, the process of TCCA pellets and SDIC pellets and supporting equipment has been opened up and produced high-quality products. The follow-up 2 million tons of multi-functional chip equipment is currently under construction and is expected to be put into production in the first half of next year.
The TCCA particle test and transformation project and the SDIC small piece product quality improvement project are high value-added projects that SINOWIN relies on existing devices and uses independent research and development technology to extend to the field of new energy disinfection.
Through pilot experiments, SINOWIN independently developed a new process and new catalytic technology for TCCA particles, which greatly improved product quality and yield. In order to enrich the product structure and improve the overall profitability, on the basis of completing the pilot experiment, the company implemented a series of technological transformations for the production of 500,000 tons of TCCA pellets per year. As the technological transformation projects are completed and put into production one after another, it is expected that the entire plant will have the capacity to co-produce 300,000 tons/year of high-quality TCCA pellets.
