4.Applications of of Barium stearate:
1, used as the machine of high temperature lubricants, rubber products, heat-resistant additives, PVC heat-resistant light stabilizer;
2, used as thermal stabilizer of PVC products;
3, used as waterproofing agent, lubricant and bearing filling material;
4, used for rubber products, high temperature powder. Can be used as a stabilizer and lubricant PVC, alkaline earth stearates in all, the best long-term heat resistance. Mainly used for soft transparent film, sheet, leather and hard board, tube and so on. Can also be used as high temperature release agent and mechanical high temperature lubricant.
5, the product can be used as thermal stabilizer of vinyl chloride copolymer. Has good long-term heat resistance and lubricity, stability than calcium stearate, but less than lead stearate. And cadmium soap, zinc soap or epoxy compound with a good synergistic effect. The general amount of 0 1% ~ 2%. With a small amount of lead stabilizer can improve the electrical properties of products.
5. Packing and storage of of Barium stearate:
In net 20 kg polywoven bags.
Keep it in airtight containers and dry, cool and dark place. Damp-proof, far from fire and no contact with corrosive matter.
